The core layers of the three mainstream vinyl flooring types differ, which determines the differences in their stability and applicable scenarios. Core Differences
SPC (Stone Plastic Composite): Has the highest proportion of calcium carbonate in its core layer, high density, fast installation, and is the top choice for commercial chains WPC (Wood Plastic Composite): Its core layer contains foamed wood powder, offering better foot feel but slightly lower rigidity, mostly used for residential purposes LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile): Has no rigid core layer, is thin and flexible, requires full adhesive bonding, has high requirements for ground flatness, and features the best stability
Selection Suggestions
Commercial spaces such as hotels and retail stores: Choose SPC Large-area full laying in office spaces: LVT is more stable Residential refined decoration: WPC has the advantage in foot feel
We take SPC as our main product line, covering walls and floors, and serve commercial spaces including commercial chains, offices, and schools.
