Management system certification

The company is ISO management-system certified, covering production and quality processes (see the Certifications page for the full list; scanned copies available on request).

Quality control process

1. Incoming inspection — batch testing of resin and limestone powder
2. In-line checks — thickness and density sampled every 2 hours on the extrusion line
3. Finished-goods inspection — click-fit tolerance, color consistency, flatness
4. Pre-shipment third-party testing — per destination standard (EN / ASTM etc.)

Every shipment travels with a QC report; retained samples are sealed for traceability.
