SPC uses a click-lock floating installation — no glue — which is how commercial projects compress schedules.
Subfloor requirements
- Flatness within 3 mm / 2 m
- Moisture within spec (concrete cured 28+ days)
- Install at 10–30 °C for best results
Installation essentials
- Leave 8–10 mm expansion gaps at walls, covered by skirting
- Angle-and-tap the short edge; stagger end joints by 30 cm minimum
- Use trims / T-molding at doorways and material transitions
- Add transition strips over continuous runs longer than 8 m
